Julie Lumpkin for Columbia City Council District Four
Endorsements
“While all of the candidates say they support the more than 35 neighborhoods that make up City Council District 4, I know
for a fact only one — Julie Lumpkin — put in the work, time, love, and true compassion to make a difference for the communities
of District 4 before she even thought about announcing her candidacy for public office. That’s why she’s the only candidate I trust to represent former neighbors and constituents. It just makes good sense to vote for Julie on November 4.”

Howard Duvall
Retired Columbia City Council At-Large
“Julie Lumpkin is a hard worker, a fearless campaigner, and someone who can get people in a room to get things done.
Julie is a fighter who does what she says and will serve our city well.”

Rep. Heather Bauer
SC House D75
“As a former Columbia City Council At-Large member, I had the privilege of working with Julie Lumpkin … Julie is not a politician; she is a true public servant. At a time when Columbia needs leaders who listen, care, and lead with compassionate integrity, Julie’s steady, community-driven approach is exactly what we need on City Council. I am proud to endorse Julie Lumpkin for Columbia City Council District 4, and I have no doubt she will continue to serve our city with the same passion, humility, and heart that have defined her service for years.”

Senator Tameika Isaac Devine
SC Senate D19), Former Columbia City Council At-Large
